We stayed here with our 2 kids for more than a week, and it was the worst experience. First, the shower had no water pressure and cold water. Not until the last day there did "engineering" call us to tell us that all the rooms ending in "01" were having that problem. They then offered to switched our room ---- but it was then our last night. The hot tube started off our stay loaded with so many chemicals that it was making people cough and get sick that were in it. Several days later, they shut it down --- and the hot tub remained empty the rest of our stay. Everytime we went to go swimming the only pool towels available were used and wet. We continually had to ask for towels --- one day they told us they were out of all bath towels and we given hand towels. There is no sense of urgency to get things for the guests. The last night we were there at 2 AM --- the fire alarm went off and everyone had to exit the hotel. It was crazy, people were panicking and running down the stairs. My husband and I carried our kids down 15 flights to wait two hours while the fire department came. The hotel staff did nothing to calm the guests or tell us what was happening. After getting to return to our rooms ---- with no apologies or anything --- the hotel cut the early morning breakfast short for the guests! At 9:20 AM --- everything was shut tight. I would have thought they could have extended it since the entire hotel did not get to sleep the prior night. I will never stay here again --- TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

My stay at this hotel far exceeded my expectations! I arrived exhausted Saturday evening with a warm and efficient response from the front desk. Walked into a semi-luxurious, clean room. Slept in a cozy, warm bed. The next 2 mornings I enjoyed a full complimentary made-to-order breakfast in a lovey dining atmosphere! Would definitely stay there again!

Service was very good. Outside doesn't look like much but inside was very nice and clean. I will look for Embassy Suites everywhere i travel now. Visited my son at Ft. Benning for a few days then went to Buckhead for a getaway with my wife. Plenty of good Night Clubs, shopping and restaurants to keep you busy.

This hotel was very nice, it looks like they have just redone a lot. There was still some construction going on outside the building but it wasn't an issue at all. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was very comfy. The only complaint I have is the parking fee. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and I've never had to pay to park my car.
